Why hold 8 months of lubricant stock? We do it with 2 to 3 months

More room to grow, less money tied up in your warehouse

Ask yourself this: how much working capital do you currently have tied up in your lubricant stock? For many lubricant distributors, it averages between 4 and 8 months, sometimes more. Eight months of oil waiting for customers, while that money could be working for you elsewhere.

As a Logan network partner, that isn’t necessary. Together with you, we plan how much stock you really need to serve your customers — and you don’t have to hold more than that. Two to three months. Done. We keep back-up stock for our regular partners so that we can still supply them in an emergency. That’s how we do things at Logan.

What this means for your business:

  • Less money tied up in stock — more room to invest in growth
  • Lower storage costs — fewer square metres that generate nothing
  • Less risk — no surplus of slow-moving products

Lower stock, less risk, more freedom to grow your business. That is how we believe a distribution partnership should work.
